Probably the best example of what can be done in a tech shop. Everything from laser cutting, etching, milling, finishing, assembly all the way down to producing jewelry went into the “Organized Chaos!” show for artist collective Cyrcle. We were handed a packet about an inch thick with perfectly illustrated plans for an amazing art show. Working closely with the artists, we handed laser cut items back and forth to them to have their graphic transfers added. Using every tool in the shop, pieces were constructed with exact precision. The lenticular brass knuckles started from a 3D file we created off specs from the artists. We wax printed and cast 24 men’s and women’s lenticular brass knuckles. Depending on which way you viewed the ring it would either read “Chaos!” or “Order!” All concepts and designs by Cyrcle.
