The agency that was working on the “Asics – Lights on LA” campaign had run into a snag. Their control board that was supposed to activate 30 spotlights that lined the path of LA Marathon had been poorly built by another fabrication shop. We were given 24 hours to completely rebuild a new control board from scratch. This board was to be on display at a huge celebrity party where different officials would take turns pressing buttons and activating the spotlights that were spread out across the city. Using every second of those 24 hours our crew delivered a flawless work of art to them.
